There is no minimum bill amount to enroll in the Smiles Program.
Loyalty points are awarded on the net bill value (inclusive of tax)
No, a valid mobile number is required.
Yes, with a valid mobile number from one of 30 countries.
There are four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tiers are assigned based on the number of visits in a rolling 12-month period.
a. Silver, Gold, and Platinum members earn 10, 30, and 50 points respectively for every 100 rupees spent.
b. Only valid payment modes are eligible for earning points.
Yes, the program is omnichannel, offering benefits across Exclusive Himalaya stores, the mobile app, and the shopping website.
Yes, points will be credited after order fulfillment is confirmed.
The minimum amount is INR 100, after registration.
Yes, you will receive 1000 bonus points in your Smiles loyalty account on your birthday. These points will be valid for 10 days.
You will get an SMS notification when 1000 birthday bonus points are credited to your Smiles loyalty account. The points are valid for 10 days, starting from 5 days before your birthday.
If you enroll at least 6 days before your birthday, you will receive the benefit in the same year.

Points for in-store purchases are credited instantly but redeemable the next day. For mobile app and website purchases, prepaid orders are credited instantly but redeemable the next day. COD orders are credited within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Points can be earned and redeemed at all Exclusive Himalaya Stores, the mobile app, and the shopping website.
Provide your registered mobile number at the cash counter or shop online.
Yes, points can be redeemed both in-store and online.
Points are deducted immediately upon redemption.
Yes. Log in to https://www.himalayasmiles.com with your registered mobile number to refer a friend or relative and earn 1000 bonus points on their first transaction.
You can refer a maximum of two friends or relatives per year.
a. Transaction Points: Expire 6 months from the date of earning/purchase.
b. Bonus Points: Expire within 7–30 days, depending on the offer or scheme.
